What we store

Timer on one screen: your line-up and times stay in your own browser (local storage). Nothing is sent to us.

Remote access sessions: the line-up, times and station names of a session are stored on our servers so that phones and screens stay in sync. A session deletes itself 48 hours after the last action. Names you enter are visible to everyone with the session link or QR code.

Finish photos: in a club session an athlete can scan the QR code on the finish screen and upload a finish photo. The photo is stored with that session (Cloudflare R2, Western Europe) and shown on the club's screens. It stays until the athlete removes it via the same link or the club deletes the session. Email info@robinwessels.com to have a photo removed.

Waitlist: your email address and what you fill in, so we can tell you when Club and Athlete Pro open. No newsletter, no sharing with third parties. Email info@robinwessels.com to be removed.

Cookies and analytics

Without your consent the site only uses cookies that are needed to make it work (your login, your cookie choice). With your consent we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are used and how the timer is found, with IP addresses anonymised. You choose in the banner and can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer. We show no advertising and set no advertising cookies.

Your cookie choice is logged anonymously, without IP address or other personal data, so we can show that we asked for consent. That log is kept for 24 months and is processed on our behalf by Robin Wessels via consent.robinwessels.com (see its privacy notice).

Error logging

When something breaks on our servers, the error (path, method, status code and error message) is sent to Sentry (EU region) so we can fix it. No cookies, login data, form contents or query strings are included.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare (EU and worldwide edge locations). Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse.
